    • Refunds will be made using the same method as the original form of payment

    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (up to 10 business days). We want to make it as easy as possible for you to be satisfied. 

     

    2. Defective or incorrect items: 

     

    Please inspect your goods once you receive them and contact us within 7 days at info@lelefeminine.com if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect item. 

     

    Once we have inspected it for ourselves we will then deliver the correct product to you if available or either refund or credit your account within 10 working days.
