1. What is Cookie Balance?
Cookie balance is made of boric acid which is a slightly acidic mineral that has been used in natural remedies for hundreds of years. It is used as a mild antiseptic, as it kills certain types of fungi as well as types of bacteria that do not live well in acidic environments. It is popular as a natural remedy for eye infections as well as vaginal conditions. The bacteria that naturally live in a healthy eye or a healthy vagina flourish in acidic conditions. 2. How does Cookie Balance help to support good vaginal health?

3. How do I use Cookie Balance suppositories?
Insert nightly for seven days to cure yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, and other conditions. These capsules also can be used for shorter amounts of time to prevent infections. Many women find that these, like other suppositories, can cause a temporary increase in discharge and thus use them with a small panty liner.
4. Can I use the Cookie Balance suppositories during my period?
It is safe to use during menstrual cycle. During menstrual cycle, the pH of the vagina become more alkaline and this may allow symptoms to return. It is important to balance your pH during this period, therefore, the suppositories can and should be used during this period. Simply insert 1 capsule for 1-2 days within this period.
5. Can I engage in intimacy during the treatment course?
It is recommended that you do not engage in intimacy during the use of the suppositories. However, it may be used after to support and maintain vaginal health.
6. Can it be taken orally (by mouth)?
